No need to say the importance of mailing list and using this properly to communicate with the members of site, I am looking for some email management system. I found a pretty and reliable service called aweber but it costs around $14 per month which is a huge money for my current purpose.

Hey! are you using any other be it to be downloaded and installed on your computer or web based which is fine and cheap (FREE is best)?

Please, need it utterly.
