Are you agree with that opinion?for me I personally agree,in business there is no certain rule that is taught by our teacher,develop country or all country in common need to have at least 10% entrepreneur community to support there business environment,and mostly Good entrepreneur need no ,decades year to get a good knowledge about building trust and communication to build there business
