Hi every one and especially baba.

As baba is an expert in seo i would like to ask this qestion to baba and every one else too.

I recently registered a four letter domain s-kp.com so now i want to earn from it by
posting articles from free articles directories using wordpress.

So i want to know can we succeed if we use articles only from free article directories ?
and does short domain get special attention from Google?

Short domain will matter for human because it is easy to remember and for google it is same as long domain.Having 4 character or 14 doesn't matter for google. talking about article directories the method you are going to use is blackhat. Duplicate content will not matter any, not even 0% when you are taking black path. If it was white hat then we shouldn't have thought about duplicate content.

Never worry and move ahead. Since you are using wordpress there are plugins which make all of your articles copyscape passed. If you don't install plugin also there won't be any problem. Duplicate content is just a rumor only. However, i will suggest to use different title so that you can easily rank on google.com

I have made near about 25 sites for my clients which are only full of duplicate articles and contents.Few of them are ranked higher than the original and most of them just below the original.

Wish you all the best for your new site. The articles directories are best way, once again i say - the best way ever to be successful without investment and hard effort. (However note that it is black-hat method)

I think we are suggesting him just to waste his time and lots of efforts, finally he will hardly get a few dollars if he is lucky. It is not only Google whom you need to satisfy. The primary target to satisfy are the readers of your site. If they do not find anything useful, they will hardly return to your site. Search engines can be fooled once or twice but human users won't. This way you will think that lots of user will be sent from google and no matter if they return or not? but this is mistaken. If your site has no returning and loyal users, you will find very high bounce rate of your site and heavy bounce rate will gradually decrease your ranking and will hardly be visible in search result. Finally you'll find a day when there are no viewers of your site.

thus, what I suggest is write something yourself. No matter it is simple or complex. there are every kind of users in net. If you write very simple things that you think everybody knows, you'll surprise to know that there are lots of search for that thing and people will come to your site. If possible better concentrate on a single theme of knowledge and do write simple, simple things. Have patience and wait for time. Once your site is up, it will be long lasting. Work hard. Hard working is the only way to get prominent success.

As i said, if it was whitehat then there was need to worry, but since it is blackhat there is no need to worry about it. Setting site like you said will be targeted for 95% traffic from search engines and there will be good traffic. Proof is search some term in google and you will see that many articles/video sharing sites are ranked top mostly just below the original one. Visitors will surely come back becuase they will be comming from search engines. Also, they won't be able to mark it as duplicate content (In blackhat theory, how will they know which is original and why should they care about it ? )
