Sheraz, Link exchange can be considered as spam and google may not give value to it so much if there are too many outbound. So, one way link building will help great in my opinion. You already have PR4 and its nice to know this. We still have 0 PR but hopefully we will get PR2 in next google update.

Well if you talk about PR, I have an other website ... http://www.wholesalepages.co.uk/ ... 2 months ago the PR of this site was 5 and now the PR is 2 ... and we all are unable to understand what happen to our site ... we are still not able to find the a single reason behind this. . . the Alexa of this site is between 15,000 . . .
You are saying 100% right, so can u tell me what can be the reason behind the decline of my mentioned site PR ... and how can I find the reasons of decline ... and thank you for the arguments ...
