Why didn't the European countries like the UK, Finland and Denmark who have a cross in their flags change that since they are secular countries now?

We can understand why a country like Israel which considers itself a Jewish state has David star, or Iran, the Islamic republic, same goes for Saudi Arabia. And while I don't support that, but at least they say that they are not secular states. But since the European countries adopt secularism, why didn't they change their flags into different ones which don't refer to a religion?

secularism is faith,way of live of one generation,it will different from time to time since Britain build,changing country seems impossible,it like changing our face or replace our brain with other brain ,it is almost impossible unless we die first for a while to restart everything to Zero

I dont see a problem with crosses in the flags. They are there for some historical reasons and u just cant change the history ;]
