-First is to have a good night sleep and this is always coupled of at least one day off once a week, and I mean a good one day rest from all your work in where your mind and body could rest.
-Second is to do some yoga or meditate on good and positive things in life. We must fill our minds with good things like we also fill our stomach with nutritious and healthy food so that our body could grow and be nourished. I also suggest to have a regular exercise in the fresh air and drink plenty of water.
-Last but not the least, is to live a worry free and planned life. I mean to organize things in your life so that you will not worry about your future.
