Default Green tea,Black tea,regular tea
which one do you think better,.for me I use to drink green tea and regular tea and yet tested the benefit of drinking black tea regularly

tea bring huge benefit for human,I also drink tea and use corn sugar in it,I have diabetes so I need to make sure my tea ,do not bring me worst situations with my illness
