Hi!

I am using utl Internet as it is cheap.
But UTl provides same outgoing Ip address to all of its users!
Even though the UTL have bought a large range of Ip address I cannot understand why is it not providing those ip addresses to its users!

Due to this, I have to try 40-50 times clicking in download link in rapidshare! As it tells your ip address is already downloading another file!!!

Also there is on problem in my adsense I have got 3 clicks on my ads from my own Ip (in 5 months ) as every UTl users gets same outgoing IP!
I think adsense may ban me if this trend continues.
And for rapidshare and other downloading sites i tried using proxies but that also didn't worked the rapid share doesn't opens from proxy servers and even if it opens while downloading the server tells "Method post is not allowed" !!!!

Any suggestion to solve the problem?
Please suggest how to solve the rapidshare stuff and adsense stuff also.

IS there any way so that my adsense ads will not be shown for the users of UTl?
